Managing Aggressive Behavior in the School Setting. A positive, preventative, and pro-active apporach to managing aggressive student behavior. A.S.P.E.N. Training Modules are designed to be universally accessible for school-based faculty and staff ranging from para-educators-toadministrators. A.S.P.E.N. Training Modules have been implemented in two Utah school districts for the past 7 years with proven success in reducing student aggressive outbursts, accessible professional development, and certificated training. Attendees will receive a “train-the-trainer” handbook and resources to share with their individual school districts.
